Step 1: Get in Touch
Start the process by contacting Pearly Gates Designs and letting us know what it is you are looking to create! We will send you a Pearly Gates Guide and any questions we need to create you a custom quote.
Step 2: Contract
Based on your scope of project, quantity, printing method, timeline, etc., we will send you a contract outlining the pricing. A 50% deposit will be due to begin the design process.
Step 3: It’s all in the Details
Once the contract is signed, sealed and delivered, the design process begins! We will send you a questionnaire to get a deeper glimpse at your project and work collaboratively with you to gather inspiration and ideas.
Step 4: Proofs!
This is the most exciting day! You will get to see your designs begin to come to life. We will show you several different design directions and any revisions to finesse the artwork until you are absolutely in LOVE the final design. And don’t forget- proofread, proofread, proofread! Pearly Gates is not responsible for mistakes found after final approval.
Step 5: The Finished Piece
Once we have finalized the design, it is is sent off to printing. Depending on your printing process, this can take up to 3-6 weeks. If you have requested only the digital files, we will provide these to you in a nicely zipped file and it will include several different file types (vector, pdf, png, jpeg).

We normally ship via FedEx Ground (expedited shipping is available) and insure them for their full value. Follow us on our Facebook and instagram to catch sneak peaks of your invitations in process!
