I’m Carrie, a watercolor artist and pattern designer inspired by color and celebrating every day. I like to see each day as a new opportunity and challenge to add more joy and beauty to the world. I hope when you see my artwork on your clothing or walls, it brings a smile to your face!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME…
I was born and raised in West Texas by a Socrates lovin’ Pa and a Hippie Artist Ma. They taught me to celebrate the creative world around me and lead me to become a graphic and watercolor artist.
Things I love:
Outdoors- from rolling hills, desert landscapes and wild animals— I love pulling my inspiration from being outside.
Holidays (big or small and sometimes I like to make up my own- annual pink day, everyone’s half birthdays, St. George’s Day, I could go on and on.
Creating- Of course I LOVE to paint, but I also love to try my hand in new different mediums- acrylics, inks, ceramics, glass blowing…
