Shipping Policy
At Pearly Gates Designs, we strive to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, with delivery times typically ranging from 1 to 7 business days within the U.S. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number for easy reference. Please keep in mind that each product has its own unique production timeline, which you can find on the product page. This will give you an estimate of when your order will be ready to ship.
During holiday seasons, production, packing, and shipping times may be a little longer than usual, so please allow for extra time if you’re ordering during those busy periods.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves the Pearly Gates studio, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable items. However, we truly care about your experience and will do everything we can to assist if any shipping issues arise. If you encounter any problems, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help navigate a resolution!
